You're either looking at this because one has arrived or are worried you may receive one very soon or in the near future. DBAQ is a Desk Based Assessment Questionnaire that's sent to operators to assess compliance remotely. 

These can't be completed by us for you but we can help assess it for you before submission to the REO ( Remote enforcement office ) and tell you what they'll find after submission so that we can combat and address any issues ahead of time

If you need to submit an audit to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner then you'll need a mandated audit carried out by a competent & independent body that can audit you to DVSA ER standards. 

These audits currently meet the criteria requested by the OTC and cover all relevant aspects of compliance with detailed recommendations from the auditor

Full Audits are ideal when you want to be audited to DVSA and OTC standards but then want your auditor to be able to worth with you to regain compliance or improve any areas that may have shortcomings. 

Full audits ensure you meet or regain full compliance ahead of any DVSA visits or just simply because you want to keep ahead of the game.

If you've already been audited by us or one of our partners then a follow audit is ideal as it allows you to see any progress that's been made since your last audit and takes a lot less time and can be done remotely or in person.

We recommend you audit once annually and then follow up 6 months later to ensure compliance. But bear in mind that a full audit may already include a 6 month follow up as standard and they are great to keep on file for any future needs

Earned recognition audits are simply the ultimate benchmark to meet when it comes to operator compliance. An earned recognition audit it carried out to ER standards to allow you to apply for or demonstrate full compliance 

These audits must be completed by an authorised ER audit provider to ensure compliance. We use our Earned Recognition partner HURST for this type of audit who are fully accredited to conduct these types of audits
